Sworn Statements and Waivers are reviewed and Waiver Letters and Endorsements
are issued daily. We also issue checks for distribution to builders
and contractors. These checks can be picked up from the New Construction
Department at our main office in Bloomfield Hills or forwarded to
any of our other convenient locations upon request.
We have forms for Residential
Sworn Statements, Commercial Sworn Statements and Waivers of Liens
available for use. We will be happy to assist any lender, builder
