From I-696 - Exit 20 (Dequindre Road):
Go north on Dequindre Road for approximately 1 1/2 miles until you reach East 12 Mile Road. Turn left (west) onto East 12 Mile Road and go one half of a mile. Seaver Title is located on the left (south) side, across the street from Shirley Avenue, roughly half way between John R Road and Dequindre Road.
